A triangle of triumph - one jump at a time

You remove the playing piece at the peak of the board, thus leaving you with one unoccupied space.
Then, you jump one piece over another - horizontally or diagonally - taking the jumped-over piece off the board.
You try to leave only one piece in the end, and ideally, this piece should be in the middle of the bottom row.
